To slowly settle inward to safety or bloom outward in beauty can sometimes be an uncomfortable process. Much like a seed must experience breaking through its shell, transforming and shapeshifting on its long journey upwards.

You and I are like these little seeds, blowing free through the wind, one day landing, taking root, gestating and transforming deep within our own darknesses. Until one day, after much effort, we finally reach the light, and continue growing and sharing the fruit of our experiences with the world that surrounds us.

This album is my fruit, my deep gratitude to the process. Each song represents the many layers of challenge, joy and growth that I've experienced that continue to be re-birthed through my own unique creative perspective. These layers then create the foundation for a new sense of home, in my body and on the Earth below my feet.

Open your eyes, you are Home.
